The Proposal to Extend the Kindergarten

This thesis analyzes the current state of the selected Kindergarten. Based on the analysis made a proposal to extend kindergarten, due to lack of capacity building. The thesis is designed to address deficiencies occurring in kindergarten. It created a proposal to extend the new kindergarten class together with the calculation of the costs incurred and revenues.

The master thesis deals with the evaluation of the management of Technical services Rosice allowance organization. The aim of this thesis is based on a thorough analysis of the revenue and expenditure side of the budget of the selected organization to evaluate its operations and propose partial measures that will optimize costs and increase revenue. The first part of the thesis discusses the theoretical knowledge. The second part analyzes the revenue and expenditure of the organization and evaluates the management of the organization. The third part contains suggestions and recommendations for improving the management of budgetary organization Technical Services Rosice.

The master`s thesis deals with the evaluation of the management ZIKOS allowance organization. The aim of this work is the cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis to evaluate the management of the organization and propose recommendations for improvement the management of the organization. On the basis of theoretical knowledge referred to in the first part is the second part focuses on the assessment of economics. The third part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve the management of allowance organizations ZIKOS.

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the transformation of the legal form of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) into a Joint Stock Company (JSC). It draws comparisons between several forms of business ownership, their advantages and disadvantages. With the change of the legal form of the business, there are certain legal steps which are needed to be processed, so that the transformation could have been done successfully. In the bachelor thesis I would like to stress out these single steps, which are needed to be done, in order to accomplish the transformational process effectively.

The main goal of this graduation thesis is to gather a sufficient amount of information, pictures and literature related to the life and personality of Karel Nedobitý in order to reflect on his interests and his influence on athletics evolution in České Budějovice. The thesis is mainly divided into a part devoted to the running career of Karel Nedobitý and then functional part. At the end, the author focused on literature and awards received during his life. Most of the thesis is written from information obtained in the archives of the Research Library of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The author describes in detail the life of Karel Nedobitý almost every year during his work in athletics.

Founder' Method of School Headmasters Evaluation

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation methods of headmasters. The aim of the thesis was to find out if the founders have predetermined the methodology of the evaluation of headmasters within the randomly chosen group of school founders in Central Bohemian region. The first part focuses on the characteristics of theoretical information in the sphere of human resource management. Particularly, it describes the common evaluation methods of employees and familiarisation with the problem of school ambience. The research is realised by quantitative method and the empirical sort of survey with the use of questionnaire where the main objective is to find out whether the founders predetermined the methodology of the school headmasters evaluation. The thesis is divided into partial aims which tries to determine who sets the methodology of the evaluation of the school headmasters. The reasons for the evaluation of headmasters by the founders have been found out. Furthermore, it also took the widely used ways of evaluation into account and what are the motivational factors, according to the founder, in order to improve its own working productivity. It is based on theoretical knowledge about this service and research survey, conducted on a random sample of schools and school canteen. It provides knowledge about the economic positives and negatives of both forms of school canteens and recommendations on appropriate variant.
